Check out list of movies based on White House attack

Numerous heroes have attempted to save the White House and the president. From old to new movies, here’s a look at list of movies on White House attack.

Mile 22 (2018)

If you love Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, and Rainbow Six series, you’ll definitely love this movie! Definitely for those who like run and gun movies with a very simple and straightforward plot. Every actor did what they were supposed to do. Wahlberg plays CIA officer James Silva, who leads a task force comprised of paramilitary officers escorting a high-priority asset for extraction. On the way, the team are at odds with the asset, Li Noor (Iko Uwais).

White House Down (2013)

When it comes to list of movies on White House attack, we can’t miss White House Down, the second of the Die Hard-in-the-White House actioners that came out in 2013. White House Down is an action-thriller at its best. Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx were both the most epic in this movie. Them two make the perfect characters that we won’t forget. The film has its share of unconvincing moments but if ‘One-man-saving-the-world’ is your thing and if over-the-top, escapist action is what you seek, White House Down delivers all of that.

Olympus Has Fallen (2013)

A list of white house films would not be complete without addressing White House Down’s twin movie, the more successful Olympus Has Fallen. If you don’t mind the unflinchingly brutal violence, this is the kind of throwback action film in which one brave man is all it takes to set the world right. Gerard Butler stars as Secret Service agent Mike Banning, who is propelled to action and rescues US President Benjamin Asher (Aaron Eckhart) from a North Korean guerrilla assault in the White House.

The Sum of All Fears (2002)

The fourth Jack Ryan film, The Sum of All Fears features Ben Affleck as the third Jack Ryan onscreen. This time it’s 1992 and rogue fascists want to spark a full-scale nuclear exchange between the U.S. and Russia. Affleck is no Harrison Ford but he’s pretty good. Good supporting cast with Morgan Freeman, James Cromwell, and the always fabulous Ciaran Hinds.

The Siege (1998)

The Siege is a 1998 American action thriller film directed by Edward Zwick.  The story and clever writing made sure it found a place in the hearts of viewers. At first glance, The Siege looks to be a jingoistic, typically heroic American patriot film. But upon further review, and if you honestly give this movie a chance and listen to what it has to say, you’ll see that it wants us to listen, it wants us to learn and it wants us to just look at the possibilities of ” what if? “. As election day arrives, you want to find some Films that target the White House, this will be a considerable option.

Independence Day (1996)

Perhaps the most iconic image of movies based on attack on U.S.President and White House comes from yet another of Emmerich’s cataclysmic action flicks. This time alien is the enemy, delivering a laser from their spaceship that demolishes the president’s home, among other landmarks. The creative plot combined with perfect performance from Will Smith,  Bill Pullman, Jeff Goldblum will definitely make you dive into this flick.

Die Hard With A Vengeance (1995)

Finally, another absolutely go-for list of movies on white house attack, Die Hard With A Vengeance. A lot of Die Hard trilogy fan rated this movie was the best Die Hard sequel. Die Hard With A Vengeance finds John McClane (Bruce Willis) teaming up with local shop owner Zeus Carver (Samuel L. Jackson) to stop a series of bomb threats, perpetrated by Hans Gruber’s brother Simon (Jeremy Irons). While not as fresh as the original, Die Hard With A Vengeance finds strength on Willis and Jackson’s chemistry and inserts them into the ticking-clock action sequences, from the New York chase scenes to the bomb-defusing sections.
